Consent to Advertising Email
Version of 18 October 2026. Effective 18 October 2026.
I consent to Pavel Igorevich Shepshelevich, a professional income tax payer, Russian INN 772990579929, support@open-learn.ai, sending OpenLearn AI advertising email to my account address: news, offers, promotions and reminders about the Service and bonuses.
1. Separate choice
Consent is given using a separate, initially unchecked signup box or enabling “Reminders and bonuses” in notification settings. Offer acceptance, silence or failure to refuse does not grant permission. Refusal does not limit core functions.
2. Data and channel
Delivery uses email, name if provided, language and necessary template information. Resend is the delivery contractor and may process technical delivery information under its rules. Consent does not cover SMS, calls or messenger advertising. See the Policy.
Service notices about operations, security and account functionality have independent grounds; they do not authorize advertising within those notices.
3. Duration and withdrawal
Consent lasts until withdrawal through “Unsubscribe” in advertising email, disabling the settings toggle or contacting support. After withdrawal is processed, new advertising sends must stop; delivered messages or messages already handed to the email service cannot automatically be recalled from a mailbox.
4. Recording
The Service stores the current consent timestamp and mailing preference; withdrawal disables it. This describes the existing mechanism, not a promise of a separate immutable archive of every version and withdrawal. Contact the Operator for information about processing.
