Consent to Personal Data Processing
Version of 18 October 2026. Effective 18 October 2026.
This consent is separate from the offer and other documents under Article 9 of Russian Law 152-FZ. Email signup requests it through a separate, initially unchecked box. The current form requires it to continue; this describes the form and is not a finding that every contractual operation requires consent.
I, an OpenLearn AI user identified by my signup email, freely consent to Pavel Igorevich Shepshelevich, a professional income tax payer, Russian INN 772990579929, support@open-learn.ai, processing data for the following purposes to the applicable extent.
1. Purposes and data
- Account, sign-in and protection: email, name and avatar if provided, language, password hash and technical sign-in and security information.
- Requests and history: messages, files, results, memory, instructions, selected model and technical identifiers.
- Usage and payments: amounts, currencies, operations and payment statuses, without full card details.
- Service notices and support: contacts, necessary request or operation information and enquiry content.
- Security and signup attribution: IP, user agent, events, campaign tags, referral code, referring domain and landing page.
Purposes, bases and recipient categories are detailed in sections 3 and7 of the Policy. Processing necessary for a contract or legal obligation has an independent basis; consent does not replace it. Advertising and gallery author display have separate documents: email, gallery.
2. Operations and recipients
Collection, recording, organization, storage, correction, retrieval, use, provision, access, transfer, restriction, deletion and destruction are automated and, for enquiries, also manual, within the purposes.
Hosting, OpenRouter and ultimate AI suppliers, email and payment providers, search and technical intermediaries may receive data for the selected function. Speech transcription and synthesis also go through OpenRouter. External sign-in services and Telegram apply their own rules. Recipients depend on the function; the Policy describes flows.
3. International processing
Processing may transfer data outside Russia. Geography depends on routes and contractors; this consent does not establish that every country or transfer condition has been determined. The Operator's Article 12 obligations, including required notifications and restrictions, are separate and are not replaced by a user action.
4. Duration and withdrawal
Consent lasts until withdrawal or the end of the relevant purpose. Withdraw by writing to support@open-learn.ai with proportionate account ownership verification. Deleting an account in settings marks it deleted and ends the current session; it does not establish destruction of every record, publication or backup.
Withdrawal and destruction requests are fulfilled within applicable legal deadlines; some processing may continue on an independent basis. See section 11 of the Policy for retention.
5. Recording
Email signup records time, text version, IP and user agent with consent. This does not mean an equivalent event is recorded for every external sign-in and is not a complete archive of past withdrawals. Ask the Operator for processing and rights information.
