Gallery Publication and Author Display

1. Public material
Publishing makes the work, prompt, model information and publication date available to an unlimited audience. Visitors may copy it and search engines may index it. Publishing without a name does not anonymize an image, voice or text: these may contain personal information. Do not publish others' data without a lawful basis or material you have no right to use.
2. Author display choice
“Show my name” is off by default. Turning it on when publishing displays the account display name and avatar together beside the work. The purpose is author attribution; the operation is public display (dissemination) of these general personal data. The choice is separate from advertising and signup; private functions remain available without author display.
Display continues until unpublishing or termination following an enquiry. The Service does not use avatar photos for biometric identity verification. This is not permission to disseminate other personal information in the prompt or work.
3. Conditions and restrictions
Name and avatar appear on the work page and in the gallery on open-learn.ai. Contact the Operator about individual data categories, conditions and restrictions on further processing before enabling author display. The current interface combines name and avatar in one choice and has no separate category or condition fields. Do not enable it if this does not match your wishes.
The Service does not give visitors permission to use personal data freely without lawful grounds. Publication alone is not consent to every further third-party use.
4. Ending display
Unpublish using the work menu in the Library, or contact support identifying the work and request. To publish without attribution, unpublish and publish again with the choice off. Account deletion does not itself replace unpublishing every work.
The Service ends display within its control; automatic removal of existing third-party copies or search indexes is not guaranteed. Requests are handled within applicable legal deadlines.
5. Records and other data
Author display state and publication time are stored and can change on republication. They are not a complete immutable log of individual consents and withdrawals. See the Policy for other processing and individual rights.
