# Consent to Receive the Newsletter

Version of 1 October 2026

This consent is given under Article 18(1) of Russian Federal Law No. 38-FZ "On Advertising" and Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data". It is given by ticking the box "Send me news and reminders by email" when creating an account, or by turning on the "Reminders and bonuses" switch in the notification settings. The box is unticked by default; declining the newsletter does not limit your use of the Service.

I, a user of the OpenLearn AI service identified by the email address of my account, consent to

**Pavel Igorevich Shepshelevich**, self-employed, INN 772990579929, [support@open-learn.ai](mailto:support@open-learn.ai) (the "Operator"),

sending me advertising and informational messages to the email address linked to my account.

## 1. What I will receive

- Service news: new models, features, price changes;
- reminders about the Service if I have not used it for a while, including about bonus funds and promotional offers;
- overviews and tips on working with the models.

Service emails — email verification, password reset, account notices and material changes to the documents — are not advertising and are sent regardless of this consent.

## 2. Channel, frequency, sender

Channel — email; sender — the Operator from an address on the open-learn.ai domain via the Resend email service. Frequency — no more than a few emails per month. SMS, calls and messenger messages are not covered by this consent.

## 3. Personal data

For the newsletter the following is processed: email address, name (if provided), interface language, the date of consent, and whether an email was delivered and opened. The data is passed to Resend (USA) solely for delivery.

## 4. Term and withdrawal

This consent is valid until withdrawn. You can withdraw it at any time by:

- the "Unsubscribe" link in any newsletter email;
- the "Reminders and bonuses" switch in [notification settings](/settings/notifications);
- an email to [support@open-learn.ai](mailto:support@open-learn.ai).

Withdrawal takes effect immediately: the next newsletter email is not sent. The dates of giving and withdrawing consent are kept for 3 years to prove the mailing was lawful.

## 5. Record of consent

The Operator records the date and time of consent, the version of this text, the IP address and device information. Data is processed in accordance with the [Personal Data Processing Policy](/privacy).
