# Gallery Publication Terms and Consent to Dissemination of Personal Data

Version of 12 October 2026

The gallery is the public section of the OpenLearn AI service where users show their generated works. This document describes what becomes public when you publish and contains the consent to dissemination of personal data required by Article 10.1 of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ.

## 1. What is always published

When you press "Publish", the following becomes available to an unlimited audience: the work itself (image, video or audio), the prompt it was created from, and the publication date. Do not publish a work if its prompt contains information that must not become public. Publishing without displaying your name hides the author's name from visitors, but does not exclude personal data in the work or prompt: a person may be identifiable from an image, voice or text. Do not publish other people's personal data without the necessary lawful basis. The consent in section 2 covers only the display of your name and avatar and does not authorise dissemination of other personal data in the work or prompt.

## 2. Consent to show your name (dissemination)

If you turned on the **"Show my name"** switch when publishing, you give

**Pavel Igorevich Shepshelevich**, self-employed, INN 772990579929, [support@open-learn.ai](mailto:support@open-learn.ai) (the "Operator"),

consent to disseminate the following personal data: **your name (the account display name) and avatar** — by showing them next to the published work on open-learn.ai (the "Gallery" section) and on the work's page. The switch is off by default; publishing without your name is not restricted in any way.

**Purpose** — attribution of the work. **Data category** — general personal data (name, avatar image). **Term** — until the work is unpublished or the consent is withdrawn. Biometric and special categories of data are not disseminated; if the avatar contains your photo, it is shown only as an illustration next to the name and is not used to identify you.

## 3. Conditions and prohibitions

Dissemination is allowed only in the stated place — the Service gallery. The Operator does not pass the author's name and avatar to third parties separately from the work's page, does not include them in mailings and does not use them in advertising. Gallery visitors can see the name and avatar, but the Service provides no means of bulk export of author data; any further processing by third parties is prohibited without your consent. You may set additional conditions and prohibitions by writing to [support@open-learn.ai](mailto:support@open-learn.ai).

## 4. Withdrawal

You can withdraw the consent at any time: unpublish the work in its menu in the [Library](/library) — the work together with the name and avatar disappears from the gallery immediately (you can publish it again without the name); or write to [support@open-learn.ai](mailto:support@open-learn.ai). Deleting the account unpublishes everything. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of dissemination before it.

## 5. Record

The Operator records the date and time the name display was turned on for each publication. Other data is processed under the [Personal Data Processing Policy](/privacy).
